1. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Called: Reconstruction Of The Bridge Over The Stradomka River In Krakowska Street In Częstochowa. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations. The Bridge In Question Was Built In 1975-1976 With A Two-Span, Simply Supported, Beam Structure Without A Separate Deck. The Spans Are Based On Massive Abutments Placed Indirectly Using Driven Piles And An Intermediate Frame Support. Due To The Very Poor Technical Condition And Standards To Which It Was Designed, The Facility Is Not Suitable For Further Operation. Due To The Above, It Is Necessary To Assume The Demolition Of The Existing Structure And, In Its Place, To Design A New Bridge With A Single-Span Structure Meeting The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1991-2 Standard Moving Loads On Bridges, Class I. 2. Preparation Of Design Documentation Includes: - Construction Design - 5 Copies, - Detailed Design - 3 Copies, - Bill Of Quantities - 2 Copies, - Investors Cost Estimate - 2 Copies. Copies, - Information On Health And Safety - In 5 Copies, - Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - In 2 Copies, Temporary Traffic Organization Design Approved By The Relevant Authority - In 5 Copies + 1 Copy In Dwg Format. The Construction Design Should Include The Following Elements: - Land Development Design, - Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical Design. The Design Documentation Should Include: - Construction Design, Bridge Part, - Drainage Design, - Attachments, I.E. Opinions, Arrangements, Permits (Including Water Permit For The Demolition Of The Existing Bridge And Construction Of A New Facility, Decision On Environmental Conditions, If Required) And Other Documents Referred To In The Applicable Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, Art. 33 Section 2 Point 1 And Art. 39 3. Description Of The Employers Requirements In Relation To The Subject Of The Order: Land Development. The Task In Question Concerns The Reconstruction Of The Facility Located At Ul. Krakowska (Southern Road) On District Road No. 6619S, Class Z (Collective), With A Total Length Of 25.40 M And A Total Width Of 10.65 M. Access To The Facility Should Include The Necessary Road Section From The Edge Of The Facility To Allow For Construction Works. The Facility Has A 7.0 M Wide Road With A Bituminous Surface And A One-Sided Sidewalk. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: - Developing A Concept For At Least 2 Variants Of The Construction Of A New Facility, Each Of Which Should Include A Bicycle Path And A Pedestrian Sidewalk. - Preparing A Map For Design Purposes, Valid As Of The Date Of Submission Of The Documentation, - Applying To Network Operators For Conditions Of Security Or Reconstruction And Obtaining Approval Of The Developed Construction Design. - Agreeing On The Drainage Design Of The Facility With The Road Maintenance And Drainage Department Of The
