The Ordering Party Reserves That It Does Not Guarantee That The Estimated Number Of People Referred To Above Will Be Sent To The Training. The Number Of People Sent For Training Depends On The Readiness Of The Unemployed To Undertake Training, Which The Ordering Party Has No Influence On, And Therefore The Number Of People Sent For Training May Be Smaller And Will Amount To At Least 3 People.3. The Training Is Carried Out As Part Of The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Project Entitled Project You - Develop Skills, Discover Opportunities Priority 5 European Funds For A Socially Strong Pomerania (Efs+), Measure 5.2 - Labor Market - Projects Of District Labor Offices, Implemented By The District Labor Office In Gdynia.4. The Aim Of The Training Is To Prepare Participants To Perform Work Safely, Independently And In Accordance With Regulations As A Hook-And-Hatch Stevedore In Port Conditions, Taking Into Account Occupational Health And Safety Rules, Teamwork And Proper Handling And Securing Of Cargo.5.
