The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Service - Printing And Delivery Of: Boards, Plaques, Banners, Folders, Leaflets And External And Internal Posters From Ready-Made Files For The Wojsławice Arboretum, Described In Detail In Annex. No. 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With Annex. No. 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex. No. 4 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Template Of The Contract, Specifying The Scope And Conditions Of Providing The Service, With Particular Care And Attention, The Principles Of Good Practice And Applicable Law. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Highest Professional Diligence, Reliably And With Due Diligence, On Time And In Accordance With Ethical Standards, As Well As With All The Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors. 4. Order Completion Date: 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (It Is Assumed That The Contract Is Concluded On The Day Of Signing It By The Last Of The Parties) Or Until The Maximum Gross Amount Indicated In The Contract Is Exhausted, If This Occurs Before The Expiry Of The Period For Which The Contract Was Concluded. If The Gross Value Of The Contract Is Not Exhausted Within The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Allows For A Single Extension Of The Contract For A Maximum Of 6 Months. 7. The Quantities Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order That The Ordering Party Intends To Realize During The Term Of This Contract Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Waive Part Of The Basic Order Up To A Maximum Of 30% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract.
