1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services During Events Organized By Małopolska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. Within The Period From Signing The Contract Until June 30, 2028, Subject To The Circumstances Described In Chapter Iv Of The Swz, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2. The Services Referred To In Section 1 Will Be Provided As Part Of The Project Entitled: Business In Małopolska. Together For Future - Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 1. European Funds For Research And Development And Entrepreneurship, Measure 1.15 Internationalization Of The Małopolska Economy D. Coordination Activities In The Area Of Internationalization Of The Małopolska Economy And Support For The Investment Process In The Region, Financed From European Regional Development Fund.3. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Consists In Providing A Comprehensive Service Including: Preparation And Delivery Of Dishes, Serving Meals By Professional And Competent Staff (The Requirement For This Service Will Depend On The Number Of People Planned For A Given Event And Will Be Each Time Specified In An Individual Order - Annex No. 2 To The Contract), Provision Of Tables, Appropriate Tableware And Decorations Depending On The Type Of Meeting, As Well As Cleaning After The Service.4. Catering Services Will Be Provided As Part Of Business Meetings/Events/Conferences Organized By The Ordering Party, Taking Place At Places And Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Hereinafter Referred To As Meetings.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification.6. The Quantities Of Portions Given In Annex No. 3A To The Offer Form - Valuation Form May Change Due To The Actual Demand Reported During The Execution Of The Contract, But These Changes Cannot Lead To An Increase In The Total Remuneration Entered In The Offer Form. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Minimum Scope Of Services Commissioned Under This Subject Of The Order Will Not Be Less Than 40% Of The Maximum Remuneration. The Circumstances Of Changing The Remuneration Are Described In Annex 2 To The Swz - Contract Template.7. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended) Cover The Following Types Of Activities: Preparing Meals.
