The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Due To The Cost Of Transport, Which May Be Lower Because The Supply Of C35/45 Concrete On Granite Aggregate And Cement-Sand 15 Bedding Can Be Delivered By One Contractor - A Concrete Plant. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Does Not Exclude Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises.
