The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Unused, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, A Transportable Motor Pump For Polluted Water Along With Accessories And A Trailer For The Volunteer Fire Department In Lubawa, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Equipment Or Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Conditions And Parameters Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of: 1) A Mobile Pump For Contaminated Water With A Capacity Of Min. 250 M³/H With Partitions Enabling The Transport Of 50 W110 Pressure Hoses On A Trailer, 2) W110 Pressure Hoses – 50 Pcs., 3) W110 Suction Hoses – 9 Pcs., 4) W110 Suction Hoses – 3 Pcs., 5) Passage Bridges To Secure W110 Hoses – 4 Pcs., 6) Floats With Suction Hose Lines – 3 Pcs.2. The Task Is Carried Out As A Purchase Of Civil Defense Equipment Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Will Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Warranty And Service Conditions Are Described In Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.5.
