Part No. 1 - Task Titled Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 2417W In The Town Of Henrysin In The Scope Of The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road.1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Full-Scope And Complete Design Documentation For The Task Including The Reconstruction Of A Section Of The District Road, Located In The Towns Of Zakrętym And Henrysin, By Constructing A Sidewalk With A Concrete Pavement Surface;2) General Characteristics Of The Facility: A) Location - Plot No. 29/6, 29/5, 29/7 Ob. 02-19, Section No. 96, Volume 0004 Henrysin;B) Length Of The Section To Be Reconstructed For The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road - Approx. 1,530 Meters From National Road No. 62, Road Width Of The District Road - ~ 5.50 M;C) Current Surface Of The District Road - Bituminous; D) Width Of The Road Strip In The Demarcation Lines From 9.00 M To 11.00 M. Target Surface Of The Designed Pedestrian Road - Concrete Cubes; 3) Existing Condition: District Road No. 2414W Is A Transport Connection Between The Towns Of Zakrętym And Henrysin. In The Section Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Road Provides Access To Properties Located Along It. The Width Of The Bituminous Road On The Section In Question Is 5.5 M. There Is Accompanying Infrastructure In The Road, I.E. Water Supply, Electricity, Telecommunications Networks;4) Plot No. 29/6, 29/5, 29/7 Ob. 02-19 Are Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution Xi/54/2007 Of September 26, 2007; Plot No. 96 Ob. 0004 Henrysin No Local Development Plan;5) Design Status: The Scope Of The Task Has Been Included In The Map Attachment. As Part Of The Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of A District Road In The Scope Of Construction Of A Pedestrian Road, The Designer Will Take Into Account The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road, The Construction Of Road Drainage Depending On The Terrain And Geological Conditions - The Retention System Or Drainage System Should Be Analyzed, As Well As The Introduction Of Changes In The Permanent Traffic Organization. Due To The Existing Residential Development, A Sidewalk Should Be Designed With A Minimum Width Resulting From The Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads.2. The Scope Of Design Documentation Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of A Construction Design, Including: A) Development Design For The Investment Area, B) Architectural And Construction Design, Prepared On Current Situational And Elevation Maps In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Containing All Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain A Notification Of Construction Works Or A Building Permit Decision - 4 Copies; 2) Development Of Technical Designs (Including Road And Sanitary Designs) Containing Detailed Solutions Technical And Construction In The Scope Of Such Detail As Is Necessary For The Ordering Party To Describe The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works, In Accordance With The Requirements
