The Customer Undertakes To Ensure That Preventive Measures Are Carried Out Weekly. Requirements For The Supplier: Provide Sanitary Services For The Purpose Of Exterminating Rodents And Insects To Free Them Or To Constantly Maintain Their Numbers At A Minimum Level In Accordance With The Order Of The Minister Of Health Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan Dated July 29, 2022 No. Kr Dsm-68 On Approval Of The Sanitary Rules “Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements For The Organization And Conduct Of Disinfection, Disinfestation And Deratization” Registered With The Ministry Of Justice Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan August 1, 2022 No. 28977, For The Semeyskaya Rech Facilities Of The Ministry Of Defense Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan; Provide A Report On The Implementation Of Deratization Services To The Customer After Each Regular Provision Of Services No Later Than 3 Working Days; After Each Cultivated Area, Confirm It With A Seal And Signature From Representatives Of The Given Territory (Military Unit). Upon Conclusion Of An Agreement For The Provision Of Services, Within 7 Working Days, Pre-Agreed The Schedule For The Provision Of Services For The Year With The Customer (Month, Day). To Provide Deratization Services, Use Drugs Approved For Use On The Territory Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. If Any Comments Arise From The Customer, The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Make Corrections At Its Own Expense From The Moment The Comments Are Identified Within 3 Business Days.
