Tenders are invited for Replacement of Instrument & Associate Items Based on Recommendations by Residual Life Study (Rla) for Trains Unit 30, 31, 32 & 33 at Maa Refinery Any interested party whose name is not included in the list of invited companies has the right to appeal their exclusion or to request participation in the tender, supported by relevant documents, addressed to the Chairman of the Higher Purchasing Committee for Tenders of KPC and its subsidiaries, within 30 days from the date of this announcement. Appeals or requests shall be submitted to the main office of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. The appeal/participation fee is KD 250, payable via bank deposit to KNPCs account: KW40NBOK0000000000002036478748. The fee shall be refunded if the appeal is accepted both formally and substantively. No single person or group of persons may register under more than one name or submit more than one bid in a tender, except for alternative bids where permitted by the tender conditions. A person holding shares in separate, independent companies may register himself and each of his independent companies separately; any bid in violation of this provision shall be deemed void pursuant to Article 29 of Law No. 49 of 2016.
