Request for proposals for Purchase agreement to Support MMC Publications in Graphic Design, Quality Assurance and Editing. Important Information regarding this RFP: This RFP is launched for the purpose of establishing a purchase agreement with the provider to support MMC publications in Graphic Design, Quality Assurance, and Editing for a period of 24 months with the possibility to be extended for another 12 months. DRC may choose to cancel the Contract if deemed necessary. A Purchase Agreement is not binding DRC to place any Purchase Orders. DRC will place orders with the awarded supplier based on the agreement as per its requirement. DRC may choose to split the contract award to more than one supplier. DRC may terminate the Contract if the supplier fails to deliver services on time. No advance payment will be paid to the awarded supplier.
