Tenders are invited for Procurement of a Time & Attendance, Access Control and Visitor Management System 1. The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (FSC) is inviting bids from local bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the procurement of a Time & Attendance, Access Control and Visitor Management System. 2. The bidding document, bearing reference number FSC/IFB/2026/1219, can be downloaded from the Government e-Procurement System onhttps://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org 3. A mandatory pre-bid and site visit meeting will be held on 21 April 2026 at 10:00hrs at FSC House, Ebene. Interested bidders are required to confirm their attendance to the pre-bid meeting by email at [email protected] by latest 20 May 2026 at 10:00hrs. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the Government e-Procurement System by Monday 11 May 2026 until 14:00hrs 5. Bidders who have submitted their bids online by the closing date and time, shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Monday, 11 May 2026 at 14:46hrs until Tuesday, 12 May 2026 at 14:00hrs 6. Bids will be opened online by the FSC in the presence of the bidders representative(s) who choose to attend, at the hereunder address on Tuesday, 12 May 2026 at 14:01hrs 7. The FSC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to the award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder.
