The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task New Social Services In The Niedrzwica Duża Commune - Modernization Adapting The Building In Warsaw For Seniors. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled New Social Services In The Niedrzwica Duża Commune Co-Financed By The European Funds For Lubelskie 2021-2027 Program, Priority Axis Viii Increasing Social Cohesion, Measure 8.5 Social Services (Project Type 1 A)-D), 2). 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order To The Full Extent, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Due Diligence And Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Consult With The Ordering Party The Significant Functional, Structural And Material Solutions Adopted, While Assuming That The Proposed Solutions Will Ensure The Best Quality Of Workmanship At The Lowest Possible Costs.6. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Execution Of Construction Works And Will Bear All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Tasks Covered By The Contract.7. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms On The Ground Floor Of A Primary School In Warsaw. The Renovation Covers The Following Industries: - Construction, - Sanitary, - Electrical, - Telecommunications.8. The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract (Annex No. 9 To The Swz).
