Tenders Are Invited For Change Of Use Of Part Of The Building For The Purpose Of Operating A Nursery School Branch

The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is In Cooperation With The Contracting Authority And According To The Documentation Prepared By Ing. Architect Andrej Lopatin, Ičo: 88168956 (The Project Documentation Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation) And The Bill Of Quantities To Carry Out Building Modifications Consisting In Changing The Use Of Part Of The Building For The Purpose Of Operating A Nursery School Branch. The Premises That Are The Subject Of Construction Modifications Are Located On The Ground Floor Of The Elementary School And Kindergarten In The Village Of Dymokury With A Separate Entrance. This Is An Apartment Unit That Will Be Converted Into The Premises Of A Kindergarten Branch For 12 Children And 2 Caregivers. Construction Modifications Will Not Interfere With The Load-Bearing Structures Of The Buildings Or The Exterior Of The Building. As Part Of The Reconstruction Of The Premises, A Vestibule, Changing Room, Sanitary Facilities For Children, Wc For Staff (One Toilet, One Sink, Bidet Shower) Will Be Set Up, Facilities For Staff Incl. Laundry Rooms, Hallway, Food And Beverage Outlet, Storage, Bedroom And Living Room. Hygienic Facilities For Children Will Be Equipped With Two Childrens Toilets, Two Childrens Sinks, A Shower Corner And Towel Racks. The Following Equipment Will Be Located In The Facilities For Staff - A Sink With A Sink Faucet Connected To Hot And Cold Water, A Cupboard For Cleaning Supplies, A Cupboard For Storing Dirty Linen (Towels And Bedding), A Cupboard For Storing Clean Linen, A Washing Machine, A Dryer, Lockers For Storing Personal Belongings And Clothes Of The Care Staff. The Food Service Will Be Used For Hot Food, Cold Snacks And Drinks. It Will Be Equipped With A Kitchen Unit With One Sink, Two Sinks, A Dishwasher, A Kettle, A Microwave Oven, An Electric Water Bath And A Refrigerator. The Dispensary Will Be Equipped With A Basket And Bins For Sorted Waste, Which Will Be Placed In A Pull-Out Cabinet. An Electric Hot Water Heater For The Dispensary And A Staff Toilet Will Be Installed In The Warehouse. The Bedroom And The Living Room Will Be Connected By A Passage And Will Form One Room. The Room Will Be Used For Creative And Other Activities As Well As Catering. For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Contracting Authority States That The Supply Of Furniture Or Electrical Appliances Is Not The Subject Of The Public Contract. The Scope Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Defined In The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Will Provide Construction Work To The Client On The Basis Of The Contract And According To The Highest Standards Of Professional Efficiency And Quality. The Supplier Will Respect The Applicable Legal Order Of The Czech Republic When Implementing The Public Contract.
