Setu Is Seeking Tender Submissions From Service Providers For The Supply Of A Hosted Solution For An Institutional Repository To Archive And Disseminate Research Outputs For Setu. The Contract Will Initially Be Offered For 12 Months With The Option To Extend Same By 2 X 12-Month Extensions. The Institutional Repository Solution Should Provide The Following: • Publications Management Including Full Metadata Records, Submission And Approval Functionality, Hosting Of Full Text Content • A Public Interface To Access Setu Publications, With Options For Organisation And Presentation Of Different Content, And Automated Export To Specific National And International Repositories • Full Administrative Controls Of Processes, Access And Metadata. The Repository Should Be A Cloud-Based Hosted Solution. It Must Be Compliant With Openaire 4.0 Guidelines. It Must Be Interoperable With Setu’S Mandatory Cris System – Pure. Migration From An Existing Legacy Eprints Repository And Full Implementation, Set-Up And Rollout Of New Repository Is Required. The Solution Must Provide A Fully Hosted, Cloud-Based Institutional Repository For Archiving And Disseminating Setus Research Outputs, Including Journal Articles, Conference Papers, Theses, Datasets, Reports, And Other Scholarly Content. It Must Include Full-Text Hosting, Rich Metadata Management, A Public Discovery Interface, And Comprehensive Administrative Control
