The Object Of The Procurement Is The Kvr Contract For The New Building Of The Kiehinen Apartment Building In Koy Paltamo. The Apartment Building Will Have 4 Floors. The Total Area Is Approx. 1650 Km2. Attached To The Request For Tenders Is A Site Plan And Reference Plans For The Site. The Project Is Implemented As A Kvr Contract, Where The Selected Contractor Is Responsible For The Whole Turnkey Project, Including E.G. Planning, Applying For Permits And Construction. According To The Preliminary Schedule, The Contractor Selection Will Be Made In May 2026, Preparatory Work For Construction Can Begin Immediately After The Contractor Selection, And Work Subject To A Building Permit When The Building Permit Has Been Obtained. The Object Must Be Handed Over And Put Into Use No Later Than October 2027.
