The Taustaksihus Group (Hereinafter Hus) Has Tendered The Tissue Fusion And Diathermy Assembly Hus 199-2024 (Instruments, Equipment, Generator, Accessories) In The Fall Of 2025. The Aforementioned Procurement Was Divided Into 17 Sub-Areas. Sub-Area 6 Bipolar Tweezers/Tweezers For The Diathermy Device Had To Be Stopped, Because After The Deadline For Bids, It Became Apparent That The Request For Bids Was Partially Incomplete In Terms Of The Description Of The Requirements Of The Products To Be Procured. Target Of Procurement Kohdehus Is Now Tendering With This Procurement Section 6 Suspended In The Aforementioned Tendering, I.E. The Bipolar Tweezers/Tweezers Of The Diathermy Device And The Cables That Belong To Them (Option). The Selection Will Be Widely Available For Different User Needs And Units. It Is A Joint Procurement, The Parties Of Which Are Described In More Detail Below In This Call For Tenders. In The Request For Tenders, The Parties Who Agree Are Collectively Referred To As The Customer. Contract Period The Purchase Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years, After Which The Contract Can Be Extended With Two One (1) Year Option Periods. During The Option Period, The Contract Can Be Terminated Under The Conditions Described In The Draft Contract. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Procurement Is Approx. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Acquisition Has Been Calculated For Four (4) Contract Years (Vat 0%). Huss Share Of The Total Value Of The Procurement Is About 80%, The Share Of The Other Participating Welfare Areas Is About 20%. The Customer Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation (I.E. The Estimate Of The Procurement Quantities For The Contract Period Does Not Bind The Customer). Order Quantities May Vary Each Year. For Individual Products, The Order Quantities Can Vary From A Single Orderable Product To Several Tens Of Orderable Products. The Start Date Of The Contract Is The Beginning Of Autumn 2026. Selection Criteria The Selection Criterion Is Overall Economic Affordability, The Cheapest Offer In Terms Of Price. The Procurement Unit Selects The Two (2) Bidders Who Gave The Lowest Reference Price As Contract Suppliers. The Reference Price Is The Given Unit Price Of The Products. All Products Offered Must Be Sold At The Same Unit Price. Orders And Priority Order The Order Of Priority Between Contract Suppliers During The Contract Period Is Determined In Such A Way That The Products Are Primarily Ordered From The Supplier Who Gave The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. However, In Individual Cases Deviations Can Be Made From The Above-Defined Order Of Priority For Contract Suppliers, See Section Ordering And Order Of Priority, According To The Relevant Criteria. Opportunity For Additional Procurement The Subject Of The Procurement May Also Include, To A Small Extent, Other Products Belonging To The Product Groups That Are The Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Not Specifically Mentioned In This Request For Tender And Which The Bidder Has Specified On The Additional Products Tab Of The Tender Form, And Which Are Ordered Randomly Compared To The Rest Of The Selection Subject To Procurement. These Products That Are Missing From The Request For Tender And Specified In The Bidders Additional Products Tab Can Be Purchased In Accordance With The Quantities Needed During The Contract Period, However, So That Their Share Of Of The Products To Be Ordered From The Bidder May Be No More Than 10%. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That The Procuring Entity Also Has The Right To Use The Additional Procurement Option According To Section 41 Of The Procurement Act. The Provider Cannot Claim The Exclusive Right To Maintain The Instruments, And Hus Has The Option To Have The Instrument Maintained By A Third Party As Well. Hus Decides On The Use Of The Maintenance Option On A Case-By-Case Basis. The Price Of The Service Option Is Not Taken Into Account When Comparing Offers. Option 2: Multi-Purpose Cables The Procurement Unit Reserves The Option To Purchase Multi-Purpose Cables That Fit The Offered Atulas And The Most Common Device Models In Use. The Price Of Multi-Use Cables Is Not Taken Into Account When Comparing Offers. The Cord Must Not Be Included In The Comparison Price/Packaging Of The Offered Product.
