The Construction Of The Maintenance Building Is Scheduled For 10/2026 - 8/2027. The Cost Estimate For The Construction Of The Maintenance Building And Yard Is €850,000. Before The Start Of Construction, The Current Maintenance Building Will Be Demolished In The Early Summer, And The Tendering For The Contract Is Currently Underway At The Tägvepalvelu.Fi Service. After The Demolition Of The Maintenance Building, The Municipal Engineering Storm Water Drain Located Under The Yard Of The Ice Rink Will Be Renewed In Summer-Early Autumn 2026. The Prerequisite For The Realization Of The Projects And This Acquisition Is That The City Council Makes An Investment And Construction Decision Regarding The New Maintenance Building At Its Meeting On May 4, 2026. The Citys Own Construction And Supervision Resources Are Not Sufficient To Carry Out All The Construction And Supervision Tasks Of The Projects, So The City Tenders Construction And Supervision Services To Support The Implementation Of The Projects. The Tasks Also Include The Tasks Of The Safety Coordinator Of The Contract Phase. The Content And Scope Of The Tasks Will Be Agreed Separately With The Selected Consultant. The Estimated Purchase Value Is Around €40,000 (Vat 0%). Among The Bidders Who Meet The Suitability And Eligibility Criteria, The Cheapest Bid In Terms Of Comparison Price, Which Is Also The Most Economically Advantageous Bid From The Point Of View Of The Customer, Is Selected As The Consultant. A Time Fee-Based Contract Will Be Concluded With The Consultant In Accordance With Kse 2013 Section 5.2.3. The Offer Must Be Submitted On The Excel Offer Form Attached To The Request For Offer And The Requested Explanations Must Be Attached To The Offer. This Tender Makes It Possible To Acquire Services For The Construction And Supervision Of The Citys Technical Industry From A Selected Consultant During The Years 2026-2027 For A Maximum Of €20,000 (Option).
