The Demolition Work Is Performed As A Fixed-Price Total Contract. The Demolition Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And Main Executor Of The Project. The Contractor Must Familiarize Himself With The Conditions And Regulations Concerning The Demolition Site And The Work Area Before Submitting An Offer. The Developer Will Present The Demolition Site On April 13, 2026 At 10-11 A.M.
