The Purpose Of The Public One-Stage Competition Is To Find The Best Possible Interior Architectural Concept Solution For Providing Library Services To Young People In The Library Building Of Tallinn Südalinna In The Premises Of The Former Mr. Maurus Pub (Hereinafter The Pub Premises) In The Area Of 167.3 M² And For The Current Computer Classroom In The Area Of 61 M², Connecting Them With The Existing Library Premises. The New Solution Must Be Convenient, Secure, Innovative And Functional For Library Users And Employees. In The Case Of The Library, It Is A So-Called Third Room Next To The School And The Home, And The Spatial Environment Must Support The Activities Taking Place There And Function As An Inviting, Open And Creative Environment. The Purpose Of The Competition Is To Conclude With The Winner Of The Competition The Special Terms And Conditions Of The Design Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Contract) For The Preparation Of The Interior Architecture Project And Technical Systems Projects In Accordance With Evs 932:2017 (Preliminary, Main And Working Project).
