The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Find A Framework Contract Partner Who Would Create And Implement Advertising Campaigns For Keelesammus Activities Based On The Customers Orders. The Focus Of The Advertising Campaigns Is To Increase The Visibility Of The Keelesammu Program, Activate The Target Group And Spread Messages Supporting The Transition. The Maximum Total Cost Of The Framework Contract Is €180,000 Without Vat And Lasts Until 31.08.2029 (Or Until The Maximum Volume Is Filled) From The Signing Of The Contract. As A Result Of The Public Procurement, A Framework Contract Is Concluded With One Service Provider. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Ordered In Accordance With The Conditions Stated In The Basic Documents, The First Advertising Campaign Must Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Creative Solution Presented By The Offeror.
