Predictive Maintenance Service And Technical Advice In Industrial Lubrication By Cat.The Object Of The Contract Is The Contracting Of An Integrated Set Of Service And Supply Provisions For Predictive Maintenance And Technical Advice In Industrial Lubrication Of The Water Consortium Of Tarragona (From Now On, Cat), The Main Service Being The Analysis Service Of Industrial Oils And The Technical Support Associated With Machinery Maintenance. The Purpose Of This Set Of Services Is To Ensure A Systematic Control Of The Degradation Of Lubricants And The Early Detection Of Malfunctions In The Equipment, Thus Contributing To The Improvement Of The Reliability, Efficiency And Useful Life Of The Electromechanical Systems. The Services Included In This Contract Will Be Provided Exclusively Under The Express Demand Of Cat, And Therefore, Will Be Considered As A Variable Part Of The Contract The Planned Actions Are The Following:• Industrial Oil Analytical Service For Cat Equipment, In Accordance With Section 3.3.1 Of Ppt. This Service Includes, As An Inseparable Part Of The Service: O Drafting Of The Technical Report With The Results Of Each Analysis.O Technical Advice For The Interpretation Of The Results And Proposal Of Corrective Actions, If Appropriate.O Data Registration And Management Through A Digital Platform Or Specialized Software, With Access For Cat Personnel (Including Licensing And The Necessary Maintenance).• Supply Of Lubricants And Other Fluids Industrials, In Accordance With Section 3.3.2 Of The Ppt.• As An Improvement Subject To Automatic Assessment, It May Be Offered To Provide On-Situ Technical Training For Cat Technical Personnel, With The Aim Of Improving Knowledge Of Lubrication, Analytical Interpretation And Associated Preventive Maintenance. This Action Is Not Part Of The Minimum Services Of The Contract.
