Contract For The Provision Of Surveillance And First Aid Services For The Swimming Pools Owned By The Municipality Of Térmens City Council. 2026-2029.The Town Hall Of Térmens Has The Installation Of The Municipal Swimming Pool Which Is In Operation During The Summer Season. For This Reason, It Is Necessary To Hire The Appropriate Personnel In Order To Be Able To Carry Out The Tasks Of Surveillance, Rescue, First Aid And First Aid Services. With Regard To The Insufficiency Of Resources Of This City Council, It Is Stated That The Need To Hire The Aforementioned Personnel Stems From The Fact That This City Council Does Not Have The Necessary Human Resources To Complete The Aforementioned Tasks, Since None Of Employees Who Make Up The Staff Of The City Council Have The Specialization To Complete These Tasks, While New Staff Cannot Be Hired In Accordance With The Budgetary Limitations And The Most Immediate Needs Of The Organizational Structure Of The City Council, Since It Is A Temporary Need. Due To The Specialization Of The Tasks That This Staff Has To Carry Out, None Of The Employees Of The City Council Are Registered In The Official Register Of Sports Professionals Of Catalonia (Ropec), A Tool That Guarantees The Accreditation Of The People Who Exercise The Professional Activities Regulated In Law 3/2008, Of April 23, On The Exercise Of Sports Professions. The Swimming Pool Owned By The City Council Is Intended For Use Public And, In This Regard, Decree 95/2000, Of 22 February, Which Establishes The Sanitary Standards Applicable To Public Swimming Pools, Is Applicable. This Decree Assigns To The Owners Of Facilities With Public Swimming Pools The Tasks Of Self-Control Of Health Risks, Associated With The Different Activities That They Can Develop. In This Regard, Article 25 Of The Decree States That The Owners Of The Public Swimming Pools Are Responsible For The Operation, Maintenance, Health And Safety Of The Swimming Pools, In Compliance With The Provisions Of This Decree.
