Provision Of Specialized Medical Services. Consultations Must Include, At A Minimum, •Detailed History And Physical Examination •Request And Analysis Of Complementary Exams, When Necessary •Definition Of Therapeutic Management •Indication Or Contraindication For A Surgical Procedure •Pre- And Post-Procedure Monitoring, When Applicable. Services Must Be Provided At The Municipal Health Center, As Required By The Municipal Health Department., Provision Of Small Outpatient Surgical Services/Doctors. Provision Of Specialized Medical Services For The Performance Of Small, Low-Complexity Outpatient Surgical Procedures, Without The Need For Hospitalization, Carried Out Under Local Or Regional Anesthesia, According To The Classification Of The Unified Health System (Sus), Especially Those Included In Group 04, Subgroup 04.01. The Procedures Include, Among Others: •Excision Of Skin And Subcutaneous Lesions (Sebaceous, Dermoid, Pilonidal, Thyroglossal Cysts) •Removal Of Skin Tumors And Appendages •Excision Of Lipomas •Excision And Suturing Of Lesions •Surgical Corrections With Flap Techniques Or Simple Plasties •Treatment Of Wounds And Lower Injuries Complexity (Grades I And Ii). The Services Must Be Performed At The Municipal Health Center, Including •Immediate Pre-Operative Assessment •Execution Of The Procedure •Post-Operative Guidance •Follow-Up, When Necessary. All Procedures Must Strictly Follow Current Technical, Sanitary Standards And Clinical Protocols, Guaranteeing Safety, Quality And Resolution In Service.
