The New Recovery Center Will Be Located In The Area Designated For Construction, Where The Operation Of The Original Špičák Military Recovery Center Was Terminated In 2009, While The Client Emphasizes That The Execution Of The Main Building In Terms Of External Mass, Shape And Arrangement Of The Envelope Should Come Close To The Original Form Of The Rixi Hotel, Which Was Based On The Design Of The Architect Rixi. The Project Must Respect The Architectural Continuity With The Historical Form And At The Same Time Respect The Landscape Character Of The Pla. The Main Building Of The Accommodation Facility (Hotel) Is The Core Of The Entire Project And The Dominant Feature Of The Space. The Key Parameter Of The Recovery Room (Hotel) Is The Minimum Number Of 150 Accommodated Persons, With The Possibility Of Increasing It To 200 Persons. Other Purpose- And Spatially Related Buildings And Facilities Will Be Designed And Arranged For This Main Building, Which Together Will Create A Functional Campus. The Area Includes Buildings Mainly For Central Catering With A Capacity Of 400 Meals Per Day, Wellness, Administrative And Technical Facilities, Staff Accommodation And Sports Equipment Rental And Storage Facilities. The Area Will Also Include Transport And Technical Infrastructure, Including Parking, While The Client Prefers Newly Built Underground Parking Spaces. Although Technological Simplicity Is Preferred, The Client Requests Environmentally Friendly Solutions, Approaching The Realization Of Buildings With Almost Zero Energy Consumption, While The Diversification Of The Energy Portfolio Is Recommended. All Buildings Of The Recovery Center Will Be Connected To Networks With Self-Measurement Of Consumption Of All Media. The Subject Of Performance Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Project Work And Engineering Activities At All Necessary Stages, Up To The Stage Of The Permitted Purpose Of Use Of The Building. The Project Is Divided Into Four Main Phases With Clearly Defined Time Parameters And Outputs, Namely: • Phase 1: Securing The Input Documents And Basic Design Decisions, • Phase 2: Securing The Construction Plan Permit, • Phase 3: Securing The Implementation Documentation And Information Model, • Phase 4: Author Supervision During Construction.
