The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity With Settlement Of Renewable Energy Sources (Pv Installation), I.E. Supply Of Energy With Distribution Service And Settlement Of Energy Produced In Renewable Energy Sources For The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Electricity Demand In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Is: 985,936 Kwh (Basic Order). 2. The Requirements (Obligations) Imposed On The Contractor Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor Selected In The Procedure A Power Of Attorney. 3. The Applicable Comprehensive Electricity Contracts With Existing Electricity Sellers For Electricity Consumption Points Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Are Concluded For A Fixed Period, And A Detailed Description For Each Of The Ppe Points Is Provided In The Column Called Period Of Validity Of The Current Contract/Notice Period. 4. Annex No. 1 To The Swz Provides Information On The Current Parameters (Tariff Group/Contracted Capacity) That May Be Subject To Change During The Term Of The Electricity Contract. 5. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Electricity Of The Basic Order Specified In Point 1 Above Up To 20%: 5.1. Increasing The Amount Of Electricity In The Order Will Take Place On The Basis Of Option Law. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Exercising The Option Right By The Ordering Party Are Described In § 1 Section 2 Point 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract According To Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 5.2. The Amount Of Electricity In The Order Will Be Reduced On The Basis, To The Extent And In The Manner Described In § 1 Section 2 Point 4 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract According To Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
