The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For Small Retention Facilities In The Choczewo Forest District, Together With Obtaining All Legally Required Consents, Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, Submitting Applications/Obtaining Construction Permits, And Providing Authors Supervision Services During Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Intention Covered By The Design Documentation. The Purpose Of The Order Is For The Ordering Party To Purchase Complete Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended), While Maintaining All The Conditions Arising From The Act Of April 16 2004 On Nature Protection (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13) And The Act Of July 20, 2017, Water Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 960, As Amended), With Determination Of The Investment Location In Accordance With The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Planning And Development Spatial (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Allowing The Ordering Party To Select A Contractor For The Works In Accordance With The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320) And To Perform These Works And Put The Completed Small Retention Facilities Into Use In Accordance With Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418). The Provision Of The Authors Supervision Service, Which Is Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Will Consist In Performing Activities Related To Supervision, In Particular In Confirming The Compliance Of The Implementation With The Project In The Course Of Construction Works, As Well As In Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Project, Reported By The Construction Manager, Investor Or Investors Supervision Inspector.
