The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, Constituting A Component For The Production Of Alternative Fuel Rdf Produced In The Process Of Mechanical And Manual Processing Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Residues From Sorting Waste Collected Selectively In The Installation Komunalna Waste Management Plant In Łasków, Łasków 69, 22-530 Mircze. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Waste During The Contract Implementation Period Will Be Up To 5,000 Mg. This Quantity Was Determined For The Purpose Of Estimating The Value Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount Of Waste Collected Without The Right To Pursue Claims. The Minimum Guaranteed Amount Of Waste Is 1,000 Mg. The Actual Amount Of Waste To Be Collected Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 3. Waste With Code 19 12 12 Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Constitute Waste Of The Oversize Fraction With A Diameter Above 80 Mm As A Material Intended For The Production Of Alternative Rdf Fuel, After Separation Of Terracing Waste And After Manual Segregation On The Sorting Line And Separation Of Ferrous Metals. The Majority Of Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Pressed Into Cubes With Dimensions Of Approx. 80 Cm X 100 Cm X 110 Cm, Which Will Be Tied With Steel Wire Or Occasionally In Loose Form Without Pressing. 4. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out Using Transport Organized By The Contractor And At His Expense. The Contractor Will Transport The Collected Waste Using Trucks Adapted To Transport Waste In The Form Of Compressed Cubes And Loose Waste And Will Have An Entry In The Register Regarding Waste Transport Referred To In Art. 50 Section 1 Point 5 Letter B, Ustawy Z Dnia 14 Grudnia 2012 R. O Odpadach. 5. Waste Collection Will Take Place On Working Days From Monday To Friday From: From 6.00 A.M. To 6.00 P.M. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed On The Employers Scale, Located At The Waste Management Plant In Łasków, Łasków 69, And Will Be Confirmed By A Weight Receipt From The Weighing System And Confirmation Of Generating A Waste Transfer Card In Accordance With The Bdo System Guidelines. 6. Each Transport Of Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Recorded In The Ordering Partys Weighing System And In The Bdo System. 7. After The End Of Each Settlement Period, Which Is A Calendar Month, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Weighing Balance (Report) From The Computer Program Operating The Weighing System At The Waste Management Plant In Łasków. 8.
