Planning, Construction And Operation Of A Gigabit Network In The Economic Gap Model Of All Advertised Addresses Based On The Gigabit Rl 2.0. The Subject Of This Selection Process Is The Award Of A Service Concession For The Planning, Construction And Operation Of A Gigabit Network In The Economic Gap Model In Accordance With Section 3.1 Of The Gigabit Directive 2.0. The Aim Of This Measure Is To Provide The Expansion Areas With Gigabit-Capable Broadband Connections With Data Transfer Rates Of At Least 1 Gbit/S Symmetrically At Peak Load Times For All End Users Of The Advertised Addresses In The Expansion Area, Whereby The Upload And Download Rates Must At Least Double. The Expansion Area Results In Detail From The B Service Description And Its Appendices, In Particular The Maps Of The Expansion Area (B1.0, B1.9) And The Address Lists (B2.0, B2.9). B) Establishment And Operation Of A Network For Gigabit Supply The Purpose Of The Gigabit Directive 2.0 Is To Support An Effective And Technology-Neutral Gigabit Expansion In Order To Achieve An Ecologically Sustainable, Secure And High-Performance Gigabit Network In Underserved Areas. The Successful Tenderer Must Plan, Build And Operate A Gigabit Network In The Expansion Area With The Defined Minimum Bandwidths At Peak Load Times. This Includes Both The Required Passive Network Infrastructure (E.G. Civil Engineering Services, Empty Pipes With Cables And Associated Components Including Shafts, Distributors, House Connections And Network Termination Devices) As Well As The Active Technology For Network Operation. Assuming The Consent Of The Property Owners, The Construction Of Wired Gigabit Networks Subject To This Selection Process Refers To All Network Parts, Including Network Termination In The Building Of Each Advertised Address.
