Postal Services – Framework Agreement For Hybrid Postal Services. The Osterholz District Has Been Handling Hybrid Outgoing Mail Services (Including Outgoing Mail Software) Via A Service Provider Since 2022. Due To The End Of The Contract, These Services Must Be Re-Tendered From July 1, 2026. It Is Therefore Intended To Reassign The Hybrid Postal Services For The Osterholz District (Except For The Fines Office) As Well As For The City Of Osterholz-Scharmbeck And The Municipalities Of Lilienthal And Schwanewede. The Osterholz District (The Job Center And The Fines Office), Proarbeit As Well As The City Of Osterholz-Scharmbeck And The Communities Of Lilienthal And Schwanewede Will Be The Respective Clients For Their Areas, With Whom A Framework Agreement (Appendix B) Must Be Concluded.
