With This Tender, The Innovation Foundation Wishes To Enter Into A Contract For The Organization And Operation Of A Sparring Course Under The Innofounder Programme. The Innofounder Program Is A 12-Month Full-Time Course That Aims To Develop And Mature Promising Entrepreneurial Ideas By Providing Time, Funding And Structured Sparring To Mature Problem Solving, Business Models And Market Connections, While At The Same Time Giving Entrepreneurs The Best Possible Foundation To Create Both Societal And Economic Impact For Denmark. The Consultant Must Be Responsible For Organizing And Implementing A Sparring Course Offered In Connection With The Innovation Funds Innofounder Program And In This Connection Carry Out The Tasks Described In Contract Annex 1, Including Services Linked To Communication About The Program As Well As Administrative Services. The Consultant Must Organize A Course That Matches The Programs High Quality And International Level, With A Clear Focus On Lifting Startups From The Idea And Development Stage To Investment-Ready Companies With The Possibility Of Great Social Impact. The Offered Task Generally Includes The Following Main Elements: — Implementation Of Individualizable Sparring Courses For Innofounders, Including ● Developing The Entrepreneurs Skills To Methodically And Systematically Work To Clarify And Qualify Their Problem And Solution Description And Document The Relevance, Effect And Value Creation Of Their Solution. ● Facilitate Contact Between Innofounders And Relevant Players In The Ecosystem. ● Secure Synergies With The Innovation Funds Strategy Applicable At All Times And The Politically Agreed Priorities, Including Socially Relevant Innovation And Impact. ● Monitoring And Reporting To The Innovation Fund On Progress And Results On Agreed Indicators And Parameters. ● Ongoing Adaptation Of The Sparring Process On The Basis Of Experience As Well As The Innovation Funds Changed Strategy And Adopted Political Priorities. — Communication Services — Administrative Tasks And Offers The Program Is Nationwide (Denmark), Which Means That The Participants Do Not Have To Move To A Specific Place To Be Part Of The Program, But That They Are Offered Access To E.G. Individual Sparring And Events In Various Locations Spread Geographically Across The Country And/Or Online. The Contract Is Offered As A Reverse Tender.
