The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply And Deployment Of A Modular Information System With The Functionality Of Energy Management And Real Estate Management, Including The Design And Installation Of The Related Iot Infrastructure. Part Of This Is The Creation Of A Central Integration Platform With Support For The Digitalization Of Building Management Processes, Which Will Enable The Automated Collection And Analysis Of Data From Sensory Devices (Electricity, Water, Gas, Temperature, Humidity, Co₂), Their Visualization, Maintenance Planning And Asset Management. The Contract Also Includes Technical And System Integration, Delivery Of Application Equipment, Necessary Configurations, Documentation And Support During System Commissioning.
