General Information On The Procurement 1.1 The Contracting Authority The Directorate Of Building Quality (Dibk) Is A Government Directorate. When If The Maximum Value Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Will Cease Without Special Notice. 1.5 Duration Of The Contract The Framework Agreement Period Is 4 Years From When The Contract Is Signed. 1.6 Sub-Tenders And Alternative Tenders Sub Tenders Cannot Be Submitted.
