Within The Framework Of The Contract For The Public Procurement, The Necessary External Expertise Should Be Provided To Support The Organization And Management Of The Project Introduction Of Ecological, Clean And Integrated Urban Transport In The City Of Plovdiv, Carried Out Within The Framework Of The Operational Program Development Of The Regions 2021-2027, Priority Axis Support For Integrated Urban Development In The 10 Urban Municipalities - Main Growth Centers, Of Which The Municipality Of Plovdiv Is A Beneficiary, With Partner Ecobus Plovdiv. Ltd. The Selected Contractor Should Provide Consulting Services And Perform Functions Of Providing The Necessary Specific Expertise For The Implementation Of The Project Measures, Including: Participation And Support In The Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Planned Public Procurement For The Main Activities Of The Scope Of The Project, Expedient Implementation Of The Set Of Measures Related To The Activities Of The Project, From The Point Of View Of The Specifics Of The Same, Carrying Out A Financial Verification Of Costs, Etc. The Piu Should Work Together And Support The Activity Of The Project Management Team (Ptm) Formed By The Beneficiary, Whose Main Role Will Be The Management Of The Project, And The Activity Of The Piu Will Be Focused On Its Actual Implementation. The Unit For The Execution Of The Order Should Have The Following Minimum Set Of Specialists:  Head Of The Zip;  Public Procurement Expert;  Expert E. Instrumentation, Control And Automation;  Expert Software Solutions And Systems;  Environmental Transport Expert;  Expert Construction Of Depot Infrastructure;  Financial Expert;  Expert Public Measures And Information Planning. A Detailed Description Of All Provided Services Forming The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Technical Specification. The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification Are Minimum And Mandatory For The Participants.
