Property Monitoring Service According To Aho No. 25 Construction Logistics (March 2011), Service Phase 8 For Monitoring Operational Construction Logistics. The Construction Project Involves Extensions (Library Extension, Extension Of Part Of The Building And Expansion Of The Attic), The Conversion And Renovation Of The Raspberry Palace, A Listed Siemens Office Building Complex That Was Built Between 1949 And 1956. The Existing Building With A Gfa Of Approx. 50,000 M2 And A Bri Of Approx. 197,000 M3 (Each Enclosed/Covered On All Sides) Will Be Expanded To Approx. 57,000 M2 Gfa And Approx. 215,000 M3 Bri. The Usable Area (Nuf 1-7) Will Be Expanded From Approx. 24,000 M2 (Existing) To Approx. 30,000 M2. The Total Cost Framework For The Measure Amounts To Approx. €363 Million Gross (Kg 200-700), Of Which Approx. 136 Million Go To Cost Group 300, Approx. 84 Million To Cost Group 400 And Approx. 16 Million To Cost Group 500 (As Of 05/2025). The Place Of Execution Is The Raspberry Palace (Werner-Von-Siemens-Straße 50, Erlangen), And An Interim Earth Storage Facility Will Also Be Set Up (Corner Of Hammbacherstraße And Henri-Dunant-Straße, Erlangen). In Addition To The Renovation Of The Building And The Extension, The Project Also Includes The Construction Of Underground Media Channels Throughout The Entire Project Area. The Property Area Of Approx. 20,000 M2 Is Or Is Mostly Built On (Approx. 11,700 M2), Of Which Approx. 10,500 M2 Are Buildings). There Are Green Areas In The Eastern Area And A Paved Open Area In The Southern Part. The Project Is Located In The Inner City Of The City Of Erlangen And Has A Small Amount Of Space To Complete The Construction Process. The Raspberry Palace Is Accessed Via Sieboldstrasse In The West, Mozartstrasse In The North And Werner-Von-Siemens-Strasse In The East And South. The Building Complex Is Divided Into Components A, B, C, D, E And F And Includes A Northern And A Southern Courtyard. The Main Entrance And Exit To The Northern Courtyard Is On Mozartstrasse. The Access/Exit Is Covered And The Clearance Height Is Limited (3.70 M In The Area Of The Access From Mozartstrasse, Component E), As Well As In The Area Of The Passage Between The North And South Courtyards (Component F) To 3.90 M. The Maximum Clearance Width Of The Lanes Is 2.50 M Each. The Load Limitation Of The Access (Component E) And The Passage (Component F) Is 40 Tons. Depending On The Construction Phase, Access To The Südhof Is Possible Via The Nordhof Or Via Sieboldstrasse. The Main Measure At The Raspberry Palace Is Divided Into Five Construction Phases: 1B) Preparation For Shoring, Setting Up The Construction Site, Creation Of The South Ramp, Preparatory Work For The Start Of Shoring Work In The North Courtyard 2A) Shoring Part 1 (North) And Building Renovation (Bt A, D And E), Building Renovation Of Bt A, D And E, Shoring Work North 2B) Shoring Part 2 (South) And Building Renovation (Bt A, D And E), Building Renovation Of Bt A, D And E, Shoring Work South, Media Sewer Work Bt B 2C) New Building Bt A2,
