The Subject Of The Awarded Public Contract (Public Contract) Is To Provide The Necessary Operational Support For Security Technologies That Ensure The Protection Of The Perimeter Of The Mhmp Network. This Is The Provision Of Services According To The Following Catalog Sheets (Kl): • Catalog Sheet 01 – Helpdesk And Servicedesk Services • Catalog Sheet 02 – Incident Resolution • Catalog Sheet 03 – Problem Management • Catalog Sheet 04 – Performing Service Interventions • Catalog Sheet 05 – Consultation • Catalog Sheet 06 – Monitoring And Supervision Service • Catalog Sheet 07 – Safety Maintenance • Catalog Sheet 08 – Documentation Management These Catalog Sheets Will Be Provided For Individual Technologies, Based On The Activation Of The Technology Sheet (Tl) For The Given Unit. These Are: • Tl01 – External Firewall • Tl02 – Internal Firewall • Tl03 – Firewall Management • Tl04 – End Device Security • Tl05 – Sandbox • Tl06 – Ddos Protection • Tl07 – Balancer & Application Firewall • Tl08 – External Dns And Ssl Certificate Management • Tl09 – Vulnerability Management • Tl10 – Management Firewall Mč • Tl11a – Firewall Mč P1 – P22 • Tl11b – Firewall Mč P23 – P57 • Tl12 – Remote Access Management For The Operation Of These Systems, It Is Necessary To Ensure Their Comprehensive Management, Which Includes Not Only Their Correct Configuration And Integration Links, But Also Supervisory, Maintenance, Preventive, Mitigation And Investigative Activities. These Systems Are Licensed/M&S/Rmad By The Technology Manufacturers, However, Their Configuration, Operation And Use Require A Qualified Team For Supervision, Management And Development. The Subject Of The Implementation Of This Public Contract Is Therefore: A) The Transition Of The Existing Operational Management Of Security Technologies (Takeover Services); B) Operation And Management Defined By The Catalog And Technology Sheets (Services According To The Catalog Sheets); C) Ensuring The Activities Of Technology Development Specialists Beyond The Scope Of The Services According To The Catalog Sheets In The Expected Scope Of 756 Md; D) Exit Services. Operational Support (Services According To Catalog Sheets) Will Be Provided For A Period Of 36 Months. Technology Sheets Will Be Activated Based On The Clients Operational Needs. The Activation Of Tl11a And Tl11b Will Depend On The Activation And Implementation Of The Technology For Each Respective Mč Separately.
