Quotation are invited for Juba Na Bari Popo Francis Road next to Immigration Office War Child Canada intends to procure GSM-based GPS tracking device to enhance fleet management, asset monitoring, and operational safety across project locations in South Sudan. The vendor shall supply, install, and commission GSM GPS tracking device with the following specifications. GPS/GNSS positioning capability (accurate location tracking within 510 meters range under normal conditions) GSM/GPRS/3G/4G communication module for real-time data transmission. SIM card-enabled device for data communication. 24/7 technical support and system monitoring plus response for Juba only. Real-time tracking via web-based and/or mobile application platform. Geofencing capability (alerts when vehicles enter/exit predefined zones), Speed monitoring and overspeed alerts, Ignition detection and engine status monitoring. Remote engine immobilization capability, Panic/SOS alert button, Fuel monitoring integration, Battery backup (minimum 612 hours in case of power disconnection).
