Date Added: April 10, 2026 Deadline: 24/04/2026 Category: Oil & Gas, Engineering Services INTRODUCTION Seplat West Limited, the operator of the NEPL/Seplat Joint Venture, hereby invites interested and prequalified companies with proven experience in the provision of drill cuttings and waste management services, including the supply of equipment, personnel, and related support services required for drilling, completion and workover operations in the Western Assets on onshore wells for a contract period of three (3) years, with an option of an additional two (2) years at the Companys discretion. 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work includes the Supply and Provision of Drill Cuttings & Waste Management Services, equipment, personnel and related services. At a minimum, the contractor is expected to supply and provide the following: Drill Cuttings and Waste Management Services Provision of Empty Skips, Coral Barges (1000MT), Empty Tanker Trucks (33,000 45,000ltrs), Transportation of Drill Cuttings Water Base Mud and/or Pseudo-Oil-Base-Mud Cuttings to Contractors Base (Disposal/Treatment) Carry out sampling and collection of samples following NUPRC guidelines Perform laboratory analysis and reporting to company on solids/liquids from worksite and for disposable materials in accordance with same NUPRC guideline Store the base oil (recovered from waste treatment) prior to being transported (by company) to nominated third party Liquid Mud Plant Clean unit for used oil-cuttings contaminated containers (skips) prior to being sent back to worksite. Provide a project-specific organogram showing the Names and Nationalities of all key personnel not limited to (Waste Management Supervisor, Waste Management Engineer, Waste Management Excavator Operator, Waste Management Forklift, Waste Management Support) that will execute the work scope for this service. CVs of all personnel listed in the project organogram should be submitted. For any position to be occupied by Expatriate personnel, tenderer shall commit to obtaining expatriate quota approval from NCDMB before project execution. Comply with the latest approved version of NCDMB HCD guidelines by committing (via a letter of undertaking) to providing Project-Specific. Training, man-hour, budget, skill development, and understudy plan for Nigerian personnel utilizing OGTAN registered trainer(s) or other approved NCDMB training institution. Provide Valid Category 1,2,3,4 or 5 Non-Movable Assets (DA) group NCEC demonstrating ownership of Drill cuttings and waste management equipment to be utilized in the execution of the work scope. Ensure that all vessels (not limited to Barge, Tugboats) to be engaged in this project or service must be categorized as Nigerian owned in the NCDMB latest Marine vessel categorization or vessel owner must have Category A or B NCDMB Marine Vessel Certificate (NCMVC). Attempt to consider briefcase partners as a bypass means, to fulfil local content requirements will be rejected by the Board.
