Work Detail
Tenders are invited for Digital Security Training for Pwwsd Staff Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development A. BACKGROUND Established in 1981, The Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD) is a non-governmental womens, mass, developmental, and learning human rights organization that contributes to developing feminist struggle within national, social, and developmental dimensions. The organization believes that liberating women is connected directly with ending the occupation and establishing a full Palestinian democratic sovereign civil state. PWWSD is active all-over West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip and is an active member in several local, regional, and global networks and coalitions. In todays digital-first world, employees are often the first line of defense against cyber threats. However, without proper training, they can also be the weakest link. Most staff members lack the knowledge and skills to prevent cyberattacks, protect sensitive data, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. This gap creates significant vulnerabilities that cybercriminals actively exploit through tactics such as phishing, social engineering, and credential theft. Human error accounts for a significant proportion of data breaches, whether through weak passwords, clicking on malicious links, or misconfiguring systems. Phishing attacks remain one of the most common ways cybercriminals gain access to sensitive systems, while social engineering attacks manipulate individuals into revealing confidential information or performing unsafe actions. A security-aware workforce ensures that everyone in the organizationfrom entry-level employees to senior leaderscontributes to protecting critical systems and sensitive data. It is in this context that PWWSD is seeking a competent service provider to provide comprehensive digital security training services for its staff and selected partner representatives. This training will build an internal cadre who can mentor teams and partners on safe digital practices, thereby enhancing the organizations overall security posture and building a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the workforce.
