To develop a policy position paper proposing regulatory, institutional, and operational reforms to strengthen cybersecurity governance and national digital protection mechanisms. In addition, the assignment aims to identify and analyze emerging business opportunities for the cybersecurity sector across other key economic sectors (e.g., finance, health, education, telecom, and government services).
