The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has secured a facility from the African Development Bank (the Bank) to implement a five-year Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) Program in partnership with the State Governments and Private Investors in five (5) participating States of Kaduna, Oyo, Ogun, Cross River and Imo States in the first phase and intends to apply part of the agreed amount to finance payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services for Supervision of the construction of Agro-Industrial Hub and Agricultural Transformation Center in Oloshi, Imo State Of Nigeria. 2. The consultancy Services is for the Supervision of the construction of the Agro-Industrial Hub and Agricultural Transformation center. The scope of the works to be supervised includes a 150 Ha of land allocated for the AIH and 20 Ha ATC. The facilities to be provided under a Design, Build and Operate (DBO) site-and-services model include fencing, administrative block, quality control and social buildings, roads, drainage, power supply and water, sewage/wastewater treatment and solid waste management among others. 3. The Imo State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) now invites eligible Consultancy Firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested Consultancy Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. 4.
