Tenders are invited for Provision of Hot Tapping, Isolation Equipment and Services for Emergency Pipeline Repair System (EPRS) for Maintenance - Mesaieed. Bond: 1200000 QAR Fee: 500 QAR Tender Issue Period: 12/01/26 - 18/01/26 Bid Closing Date: 15/02/26 Bond Validity: 15/07/26- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date OfferValidity: 15/06/26- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: CONTRACTOR shall carryout the Scope of Services on Schedule of Unit Rates on Call-Off basis (or Release Order Basis). They shall include, but not limited to the following: - Design of various types of isolation equipment as per Attachment 2: Technical Specifications for QatarEnergy onshore EPRS - Fabrication, testing and supply as per Attachment 2 - QatarEnergy Technical Specifications for onshore EPRS, Attachment 3 - QP-STD-R-002 (QatarEnergy Standard for Fabrication) with DNV class certification of various types of isolation equipment. - Develop and provide Isolation procedures and hot tapping procedures. - Develop and provide storage and maintenance manuals. - Develop and provide Training manual. - Storage of Isolation equipment - for initial 3 years after delivery to Qatar - Maintenance of Isolation equipment - for Initial 3 years after delivery to Qatar - Provision of personnel & technicians for maintenance of isolation equipment - Provision of equipment components and hose transition pieces. - Provision of rental equipment for emergency isolations. - Provision of manpower - at CONTRACTORs office or workshop in Qatar - Provide training to QatarEnergy personnel at QatarEnergy or CONTRACTORs workshop inside Qatar. - Pre-planned mobilization & demobilization of manpower, equipment - Emergency mobilization & demobilization of manpower, equipment - Design, fabrication and testing of standard isolation plugs. - Training facilities at CONTRACTORs main workshop inside Qatar - Storage of EPRS Equipment - Annual basis (after the above mentioned 3 years) - Maintenance of EPRS Equipment - Annual basis (after the above mentioned 3 years) - Refurbishment of EPRS Equipment - Provision of supply of materials, 3rd party services, sub-CONTRACTORs related to the above services.
