Renovation Of The Pulkkila Thermal Centers 2.0 Mw Solid Fuel Boiler Plant Into An Existing Site. The Procurement Includes The Design, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Trial Operation Of The Boiler Plant Until It Is Fully Operational. The Delivery Includes The Equipment, Systems, Installations, Electrification, Automation, Flue Gas Cleaning, Chimney And Other Works And Equipment Included In The Scope Of Delivery Defined In The Procurement Documents. Construction Works Are Not Included In The Purchase. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Negotiation Procedure In Accordance With The Procurement Act For Special Sectors.
