The Technical University Of Dortmund (Tu Do) Is Looking For A Contractor (An) For Holistic Move Management, I.E. H. Relocation Planning And Relocation Management For The First Construction Phase (Ba1) Of A Move Of Users From The Building Emil-Figge-Straße 50, 44227 Dortmund. The Building Will Be Cleared In Two Construction Phases To Enable Successive Roof And Facade Renovation. For This Purpose, In The First Step, The Users Of The First Construction Phase Will Be Relocated To 9 Interim Buildings As Well As Temporary Buildings To Accommodate The Emil Figge Library (Efb) In The Area Of The North Campus / Technology Center. The Move Out During The First Construction Phase Will Take Place In The 1St Quarter Of 2027. The Withdrawal Is Planned After Renovation In The 4Th Quarter Of 2029, So That The Ba1 Move Management Should Be Completed In The Course Of 2030.
