The Assignment Includes Coordinating, Planning And Executing Multiple Relocations Within The Real Estate Portfolio Of The Municipality Of Eindhoven. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Safe And Efficient Moving Of Furniture, Inventory, Equipment, Archive Material And Other Household Effects. The Supplier Is Expected To Have Sufficient Equipment, Experienced Staff And Flexible Deployment Capacity To Carry Out Multiple (Sometimes Parallel) Relocation Projects. In Addition, The Contractor Must Provide A Possibility For External Storage Or Temporary Storage Of Household Effects On Location When This Is Necessary As A Result Of, For Example, Renovations, Rehousing, Lack Of Space Or Phased Delivery Times. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is € 2,100,000 For The Entire Term Of The Agreement.
