Tenders Are Invited For Concepts

The Assignment Includes Concept Development And Its Implementation. All Minimum Requirements That The Cak Sets For This Assignment Are Described In The Schedule Of Requirements (Appendix 1), Which Can Be Downloaded Separately From Tenderned. The Cak Communications Department Needs External Expertise And Strength In The Field Of Concept Development. The Purpose Of This Tender Is: • To Find An External Supplier That Complements Our Creativity And Expertise At The Communications Department Within The Cak; • A Professional External Supplier Who Is Able To Develop Concepts For Complex Issues In Public Services And Also Develop And Implement Them In Resources; • Finding An External Supplier Who Is Also Able To Flexibly Handle Smaller, Creative Assignments. The Contract Value Of Concept Development Of Communication Concepts Is Approximately €80,000 Per Year (Excl. Vat). This Is An Estimate Based On Current Expenses. The Maximum Value For The Framework Agreement Will Be €400,000 (Excl. Vat) For A Maximum Term Of Four Years.
