Bids Are Invited For Campground Operations, Management, And Value-Added Development Opportunities – Hinton Campground And Maskuta Creek Campground

This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Town Of Hinton (The “Municipality”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Campground Operations, Management, And Value-Added Development Opportunities For The Hinton Campground And Maskuta Creek Campground, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars And Appendix D (The “Deliverables”). The Municipality Is Seeking Qualified Proponents To Provide Campground Operating And Management Services For Hinton Campground And Maskuta Creek Campground. The Selected Proponent Will Be Responsible For The Day-To-Day Operation, Administration, And Maintenance Of The Campgrounds In A Manner That Ensures A Safe, Clean, And Welcoming Environment For Visitors While Supporting Positive Visitor Experiences And Sustainable Campground Operations. As Part Of Their Proposals, Proponents May Also Submit Optional Value-Added Concepts That Enhance Campground Operations, Visitor Amenities, Or Long-Term Sustainability Of The Campgrounds. These Concepts May Include Innovative Operational Approaches, Service Enhancements, Or Potential Redevelopment Opportunities That Align With The Municipality’S Objectives For Tourism Development, Visitor Experience, And Responsible Land Use. Proponents Are Also Invited To Propose A Financial Model For Campground Operations, Including The Proposed Campground Fee Structure And The Distribution Of Revenues Between The Operator And The Municipality. Proposed Financial Arrangements May Include Revenue Sharing, Lease Payments, Management Fees, Or Other Financially Sustainable Operating Models.
