The City Of Sandy Springs Is Seeking A Qualified Contractor To Provide Professional Engineering And Related Support Services For The Rehabilitation And Improvement Of An Existing Stormwater Drainage System. The Requested Services Include Hydraulic And Hydrologic Analysis, Site Investigation, Design Development, Preparation Of Construction Plans And Specifications, Utility Coordination, Permitting, Bid Phase Support, And Construction Administration. The Project Is Expected To Address Rehabilitation Of The Existing 30-Inch Cmp Culvert, Replacement Of Catch Basins, Headwalls, And 15-Inch Corrugated Metal Pipes, And Evaluation Of Impacts To Adjacent Properties, Utilities, And Constructability. The Selected Consultant Will Also Be Responsible For Preparing Cost Estimates, Securing Required Permits, Coordinating With Applicable Agencies And Utility Providers, And Supporting The City Through Bidding And Project Closeout. All Work Shall Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable City Ordinances, Gdot Standards, And The Georgia Stormwater Management Manual.
