The Offices Of The City Of Porvoo (Hereafter Also The Customer) Requests Your Offer For Inspections And Maintenance Of Hand Fire Extinguishers And Fire Hydrants In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The City Of Porvoo Has A Total Of Approx. 1,100 Fire Extinguishers And Approx. 250 Fire Hydrants In Buildings. The Selected Service Provider Will Receive An Individual Fire Extinguisher/Fire Hydrant List At The Beginning Of The Contract Period. The Purchase Includes The Purchase Of New Fire Extinguishers. Through The Selected Service Provider, The Customer Can Purchase Products Other Than Those Requested In This Request For Tender During The Contract Period, If Necessary, Which Are Related To This Purchase. The Service Provider Will Carry Out Inspections And Maintenance Of The Customers Hand Fire Extinguishers And Fire Hydrants During The Contract Period, In Compliance With Valid Laws And Regulations. Inspections Are Carried Out At The Customers Properties. The Service Provider Arranges A Meeting With The Property Manager In Advance. The Service Provider Must Maintain An Up-To-Date Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Register Of Manual Fire Extinguishers And Fire Hydrants By Property. The Customer Reserves The Right To Add Or Remove Items From The Contract If There Are Changes In The Property Stock. The Pricing Of New Items Must Correspond To The Pricing Of The Corresponding Contract Item. A Few New Buildings Are Completed Every Year. The Agreement Can Also Be Used By Other Municipalities Of The City Of Porvoo / Business Establishments That Have The Same Y Code, Such As Education And Teaching, Sports Services And The Water Department. Agreement Period 01.08.2026 - 31.7.2028. The Contract Can Be Extended With Two Separate Option Years For The Periods 1 August 2028-31 July 2029 And 1 August 2029-31 July 2030.
