Familiarization Visit: The Client Requires The Bidder To Be Familiar With The Property To Be Acquired. The Bidder Can Propose A Familiarization Visit To The Bidder During Office Working Hours Between 8 A.M. And 4 P.M. During The Bidding Period, Before The Deadline For Submitting Questions. A Familiarization Visit Will Be Organized If It Suits The Subscriber And The User, Or Another Familiarization Visit Date Will Be Agreed With The Provider. The Sites Current Ozonators And Reaction Tanks Will Be Disconnected From The Water Treatment Systems. The Current Reaction Tanks Of The Ozonators Will Be Converted Into Multi-Layer Filters. An Ultraviolet Device Is Installed In Each Water Circuit To Replace Ozonation. The Concrete Surfaces Inside The Equalization Basins Are Cleaned Of The Old Coating By Sanding And Washed With Pressurized Water. The Surfaces Of The Basins Are Straightened With Filling Compound Or Screed. The Pool Hatches Will Be Expanded. The Surfaces Of The Pools Are Waterproofed. One Inspection Hatch Is Installed In Each Pool And The Other Openings Are Sealed Airtight. The Customer Acquires As A Separate Purchase The Framework Arrangement For The Programming Of The Devices To Be Added In The Contract For The Automation Of The Propertys Water Treatment. The Preliminary Contract Period Is 3.8. – 25 October 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract. All Work Presented In The Tender Documents Is Included In The Total Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Executor In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205). The Contract Follows The Cleanliness Management According To Annex 3 A2 Dust And Cleanliness Management Instructions And The Final Cleaning Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Annex 4 A3 Final Cleaning Instructions. The Customer Does Not Commit To The Announced Purchase Quantities.
