Helsingin Kaupungin Asunnot Oy (Later Heka) Is Preparing A Tender For The Procurement Of A Working Time Tracking System. With This Request For Information, Suppliers Are Invited To A Market Dialogue On Questions Related To The Procurement. The Goal Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Comprehensive Information About The Procurement, So That A Possible Tender Can Be Carried Out As Expediently As Possible. This Request For Information Is Not A Request For An Offer, And It Does Not Bind Heka To Publish A Request For An Offer Later. The Procurement Unit Does Not Undertake To Implement The Request For Tenders As Described. All Information And Requirements Regarding The Planned Acquisition Presented In The Request For Information And Its Accompanying Materials Are Still Preliminary At This Stage And May Change. The Answers Given To The Information Request Also Do Not Bind The Company That Answered The Questions. Responding To A Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier, And Responding To A Request For Information Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In A Possible Tender That Will Be Published Later. The Procurement Unit Can Use The Information Received Through The Request For Information In Procurement Planning. The Information Collected Through The Information Request Will Remain Confidential. The Goal Is To Start The Procurement Procedure During The Spring Of 2026. A Procurement Notice Will Be Published About The Procurement. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Is In Appendix 03 (Description Of The Procurement Object).
